As the founder and senior adviser, Rebecca works directly with business owners as a trusted thinking partner with a particular strength in people, leadership and management. She is dedicated to creating exceptional client experiences and continuing to develop how LeverageMe supports businesses as they grow.
Her approach combines commercial judgement, behavioural insight and practical management discipline. She helps owners step outside the day-to-day, understand complex situations and make more considered decisions about their people, structure and business.
Rebecca is direct, thoughtful and practical. She challenges thinking where needed, facilitates conversations that create clarity and stays involved long enough to help decisions translate into meaningful change.
Outside of work, Rebecca loves a sunrise, believes walking and talking can solve almost anything and enjoys yoga to help maintain flexibility and balance in all aspects of life.
Emilyn Corbillon
Service Manager
Emilyn brings a background in psychological testing and industrial-organisational psychology to her role as Service Manager.
She coordinates assessments, resources and service delivery, providing thoughtful and responsive support to clients throughout their engagement.
Outside of work, Emilyn is an avid table tennis player who enjoys a good challenge at the table.

Marketing & Operations Coordinator
Paris supports LeverageMe’s marketing, operations and client communication.
With a strong eye for detail, she coordinates digital platforms, content and operational systems, helping ensure information is clear, clients remain informed and work continues to move behind the scenes.
Outside of work, Paris enjoys getting lost in a good book, cheering on her favourite team and planning her next adventure.
