LeverageME was founded by an experienced coach and strategic advisor, Rebecca Ramsay, in response to a recurrent challenge she observed among her clients – the hesitation, frustration and struggle to find the right key management personnel to support and drive sustainable business growth.
Rebecca observed that for many owner-operators, the prevalent "one-size-fits-all" recruitment approach was inefficient and ineffective in businesses where there was no time and space to get it wrong. Businesses where it was critical that the person recruited to ‘take a seat at the table’ for key-management support – whether they be a General Manager, Operations Manager, CFO or other critical role – could not only do the job, but could do it in alignment with the owner, the existing team, and the overarching business vision.
